SERVICE AGREEMENT

1. Scope of Services

Juddy’s Network, a digital marketing agency, agrees to provide Email marketing services to Cleaning Companies. The primary objective is to generate warm commercial leads by targeting businesses and commercial buildings actively looking for cleaning services or considering switching from their current provider.

2. Services Provided

Juddy’s Network will perform the following services

Running email marketing campaigns in specific geographical areas as agreed upon by both parties.

Targeting the commercial areas and businesses to find the people looking a cleaning proposal for their facilities

Scheduling the appointments with the decision makers and providing the details to Cleaning Company via an Email.

3. Lead Information Sharing

For leads generated through email outreach, the following details will be included:

Customer First and Last Name

Contact Number

Email Address

Business Address

Business Name

Frequency of Cleaning

Sqft of the Facility

4. Responsibilities of Companies

  • Provide clear details on target locations where they require leads.
  • Available time for the appointments.
  • After getting the details regarding the appointment call the person and verify regarding appointment.
  • Visit on the exact time of appointment.
  • Reschedule the appointment if by any chance not able to visit.
  • After providing the proposal get the feedback from the other party regarding the proposal.

5. Responsibilities of Juddy’s Network

  • Running the email outreach campaigns in the provided areas.
  • Collecting the details from the client and scheduling the appointments.
  • If the client changes their mind after scheduling the appointment before the cleaning company visits their facility, we will be responsible for exchanging the lead with a new one.
  • Providing all details to the cleaning company regarding the appointment via email.
  • Juddy’s Network will not provide the same lead to multiple cleaning companies.

6. Juddy's Network is not responsible

  • We are not responsible if the cleaning company receives the appointment details but does not visit the client for any reason.
  • We are not responsible for securing the contract, as the cleaning company will handle the client directly during the on-site visit.
  • If the cleaning company is unable to visit the appointment but has already received the appointment details, the lead will still be considered valid.
  • If the cleaning company receives the lead, completes the visit, and fails to make payment, we will file a legal case against the company. A $150 penalty will be applicable.

7. Pricing

  • Our leads are exclusive and generated through email outreach.
  • The price of a single lead is $70.
  • If a cleaning company buys more than 3 leads at the same time, they will receive a $10 discount on each lead.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding business strategies, client data, and proprietary methods used during the partnership.

9. Agreement Acceptance

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
